Hey Guys! Busy weekend ~ I hope it was a good one for everyone. I feel like I haven’t blogged for awhile so this will probably be kind of scattered and all over the place.

I spent Mother’s Day with my parents today. I have a good Mom so it was cool. A nice day except that I missed you guys! Now I’m back and should be fairly settled in for a little while at least.

What’s cool is being away for awhile and coming back and having the first call you get be a knockout. That just happened to me. Yay! Ok, it’s later now. I am calmer and less ranty than I was earlier. I’m not happy that I was stolen from (and probably will be again), but I guess it kind of goes with the territory. I am trying to convince myself it is because they just wish they could be like me or whatever - and that helps heh. A short nap and a long bubble bath didn’t hurt either. I also used the spa products from Doctor D (who I am pretty sure promised me another type of facial as well, hmm).

So in the midst of that today, you guys kept me pretty busy! More on that later. I want to particularly mention Master J who sent me cheer up kisses and just generally made me feel good knowing he was out there and that he cared.

I had a nice note earlier today from one of my “naughty accomplice” guys. I’ve posted some of his emails previously. This one was a little more personal so I’m not going to post it, but I will say he said he “felt sad for me that no one was being generous” and he “was thankful that at least the good Doctor was taking care of me”. I thought that was very sweet and I appreciated being acknowledged - my Doctor does, in fact, take very good care of me and it’s nice to see I’m not the only one that recognizes that.

About the presents and the Wish List - I know I pout and stuff… I am a girl after all and we tend to do that. I like the presents, a lot, they make me feel special and cared for and closer to you. It really excites me to go to that mailbox and find a little treasure waiting for me. It’s a little extra something special and it means a lot to me. I get just as squealy and excited if it is a $10 thing or a $100 thing, I really do.

But I do want to say that I understand some of you can’t buy presents for me and that it’s not about you wanting to. I get that for some of you just being able to sneak in an occasional call is a big deal and I don’t want to minimize that or seem ungrateful in any way. You guys are excused. The rest of you though… should show a girl some love!

And briefly… drunk dialing. Do you guys do this?? I know some of you must. I myself was drunk dialed last night by an unhappy ex that first started out kind of sweet and forlorn and ended up kinda not so sweet. He left me eight messages. I’ve learned it’s best not to answer - usually only I remember them the next day anyway. I am not going to go off on a whole thing here but, seriously? The drunk dialing? It’s only cute when you are actually seeing the person. Like you’ve been out with the guys or something and are home and in that lovey level of intoxication where the drunk dialing enables you to say sweet things that maybe you otherwise might be too shy to or whatever. The drunk dialing ex, however, is not nearly so endearing.

Do you ever notice if you start thinking about someone or talk about someone that you haven’t heard from in awhile they tend to contact you in the next day or so? It happens to me A LOT.
